The required investment varies based on the location, size of the store, lease terms, construction needs, fixtures, inventory, staffing, and local requirements. Applicants should also maintain sufficient working capital after the store opens. Our team will discuss estimated costs after reviewing your application and proposed market.
Yes. Applicants may suggest preferred cities, trade areas, or specific locations. However, every proposed location is subject to market availability, site evaluation, brand requirements, and final approval. Do not sign a lease before the location has been properly reviewed.

The timeline varies depending on location approval, lease negotiations, permits, construction, signage, equipment, training, and final readiness requirements. Because every project is different, an exact opening date cannot be guaranteed until the location and development scope have been reviewed.
Our team works with qualified dealers throughout the development process, including location evaluation, onboarding coordination, buildout guidance, operational preparation, training, and launch support. Specific responsibilities may vary by project and market.
